STEM Sisters Cambodia – Cycle 1 introduced different career aspects which are accessible through university courses and majors in Cambodia. During the 8-week program, Little Sisters were challenged to lead a STEM club in their school for their classmates, both boys and girls, and explore 8 different careers pathways. Club members met our role model Pro Sisters through video interviews and carried out simple and fun STEM-inspired activities that aligned with the chosen STEM professions, including microbiologist, engineering, pharmacy, and more. In addition to STEM information, the program also encouraged our young participants to learn more about themselves, leadership, goal setting, and achieving gender equality.
